When Jönköping Energi implements the service from Embriq, the ongoing work will include:

  • Searching for missing meter values

  • Processing collected measurement data

  • Monitoring failed Prodat messages

This work frees up time for Jönköping Energi’s own staff to focus on tasks that require local knowledge and customer insight, thus strengthening their brand and market position. Jönköping Energi can monitor metering and Prodat-related processes via the TP-Webb interface, which offers real-time tracking as meter data is received and processed.

“Embriq has long worked with grid companies, laying the foundation for the development of both our systems and operations to also support electricity trading. Working with both grid and energy trading companies in parallel creates synergies and strengthens our offering and expertise. For JEAB’s electricity trading division, we provide support that allows JEAB to focus on customer communication, while we handle the administrative tasks of collecting and validating meter data. I look forward to starting this collaboration with JEAB,” says Martin Sellman, Director of Services at Embriq.
