This module is the first within Insight to leverage artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) to analyze and understand customer behavior. With it, Tekniska verken can more easily and efficiently deliver tailored approaches to each customer segment, based on accurate and up-to-date data.

Customer Segmentation: More Efficient and Precise

The module in Quant Insight provides Tekniska verken with detailed analysis of customer behavior, which is essential for understanding and predicting energy consumption. This includes everything from electric vehicle (EV) charging to general household electricity use. With this module, Tekniska verken can identify and respond to usage patterns.

“Our module enables Tekniska verken to classify their customers more accurately using AI, leading to more precise and relevant data for each individual customer,” says Magnus Chöler, Sales Director at Embriq.

Easily Identify Trends

One challenge Tekniska verken is beginning to observe is high power usage in certain customer segments, such as those purchasing EVs. With the Customer Segmentation module in Quant Insight, Tekniska verken can more easily identify and manage potential consumption challenges. By analyzing available data, they can quickly detect and respond to trends that may lead to overload.

“The Customer Segmentation module gives us better visibility into our customers’ electricity consumption, making it easier to identify trends and prevent overload,” says Roger Abrahamsson, Development Engineer at Tekniska verken.
